How bookings work
To begin, please make contact via the contact form. From there, we can discuss your needs and preferences, and arrange a session time that feels suitable for you.
You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have before deciding whether to proceed.
What happens next
Once contact is made, you’ll receive further information about the counselling process, including your rights and responsibilities.
You’ll also be invited to complete an intake form, which helps gather relevant information about your situation and informs the approach used in sessions.
Session options
Counselling sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are available either face to face or via video call.
Appointments are available Monday to Wednesday.
